I think we complement each other quite well. Rose is extremely talented and has great ideas. Our brainstorming sessions are really fruitful. I also love the way she writes banter between the girls. I have more experience with writing the suspense-y parts. And we both write the sex scenes and sweet moments.

Thank you! Honestly, we write the dudes that we want to read. Everyone has different tastes, but we like our men rough around the edges, showing just enough emotion to make you fall in love with them.
As far as the sassy thing, we are both sarcastic assholes, who happen to be perverted… and I don't think we really know how to turn that off, so we end up with this weird mix of smut and drama, with a little bit of comedic relief.

How did Charleigh Rose come to be? Were you guys friends and writers before this project or were you fangirls with a dream? Can you tell us the story of what got this project off the ground?

We were good friends (as much as you can be friends with this moody bitch.) We both wrote under different pen names. I think, at least for me, there’s a lot of stress and pressure with each release under my “real” name. When I get to the later drafts of each book, I’m a total mess who writes and re-writes 16 hours a day. So I thought it’d be nice to loosen up a little and do something for fun. And it’s working. I couldn’t have chosen someone different to do it with, because Rose is a chilled person by nature (unless it comes down to her kids, then she’s just a hysterical crazy bitch).

We were friends and worked together before this. Charleigh told me she wanted to write porny novellas under a pen name and I was like “I'll do it with you!” Little did I know, she was serious, and wanted to start, like, the very next day. She pushed my lazy ass every step of the way. I'm super bad with commitment, HAHA.

OUTTAKES…. have you guys had any ideas or scenes that we TOO dirty, or TOO taboo, or just BAD that the other one had to vito? Tell us about them, also can you tell us of a time that you guys laughed the hardest working on these books so far.

Nothing is too much for us. In Savage Beast there’s a certain Vodka bottle scene that’s hard to stomach…literally. I wrote it because I thought it’d be hot and Rose had to come back and make it a little less…well, violent. But other than that we don’t have hard limits when it comes to sex. Well, other than animals and children. We ain’t touching those. Other than that anything goes.
Wait, no dead people either. But I swear to god that’s it.

OH MY GOD. Yes. I had to tone down the daddy stuff in Stepdaddy Savage because I got a little carried away at one point. There's also a scene in Savage Beast where there's some freaky action with a bottle of vodka, and I had to remind Charleigh that we needed our heroine to live, so we should probably rework that scene as well.
As for the funniest? We ALWAYS forget to make our characters kiss. It's always BAM! Finger in the butt. We always have to go back and add the kissing later. Because, again, we’re pervs and go straight for the gold.
